Thanks for writing this Julia. Finally, I had the opportunity to read a bit more realistic view on happiness rather than repetitive articles highlighting ‘top 10 things to do on how to find it’. I also think that you can’t find one universal description of happiness, because each of us create our own ‘happiness’ or go through experiences that make us laugh, feel joy, feel calm or just be comfortable :)

But you put it really well. Very nice article.
